Dr. Leah Bremer is research faculty with the University of Hawaiʻi Water Resources Research Center and the University of Hawaiʻi Economic Research Organization (UHERO). She is a geographer by training and works on a variety of water and watershed conservation projects in Hawaiʻi and Latin America, from a social-ecological systems perspective.
