Kerrie Urosevich, MA, PhD, is the Lead for Network Design and Innovation for Early Childhood Action Strategy (ECAS),  a government-nongovernment collective working to improve the system of care for Hawai`iʻs youngest keiki. She was in this role in the administrations of both Gov. Neil Abercrombie and Gove. David Ige. Over the last 27 years Kerrie’s work has been rooted in local and international systems building, peacebuilding and violence prevention. She serves as Affiliate Faculty at the Matsunaga Institute for Peace at UH-Manoa, and is the Co-founder of Ceeds of Peace, focused on growing peacebuilding leadership in schools. families and communities.
