Aloha, My name is Heidi Allencastre and I am the Family Navigator for Maui County. I work directly with our Maui County families. I incorporate the protective factors while meeting families where they are at and working with them to engage in services and supports to create lasting changes in their households. As a parent with lived experience, I know firsthand how important it is to be patient, empathetic, and kind when working with our families in need. I am passionate about empowering the parent or caregiver to reach out for kokua so that they can become their families # one advocate.
