The focus on the Red Hill crisis has been on the temporizing US Navy's response and the threat to O'ahu's drinking water. But there will be a much longer-lasting medical crisis, and attendant legal liability. The area's State Representative, the City's Board of Water Supply Chief Engineer, a prominent Honolulu doctor and attorney look at the potential outcomes for the water supply and the victims.
